Can someone point me in the right direction on how to make this happen in a custom theme?
http://redantler.com/work/foursquare/
Would it have to be multiple sidebars with a custom page template for each case study style page? Or would I need to create a custom template and use advanced custom fields??
I've found this tutorial by Bill Erickson for removing the structural wraps. I just don't see how to allow the content to be divided in WordPress.

Sidebar widget areas are best for each section rather than hard code content directly into the template.
I wrote a very basic template for displaying full width sections link this recently however its only for members of WP Sites.

Free version of Beaver Builder:

Brad, why are you on a forum to only promote your site? Build & sell a course but don't charge for snippets.

80% of the tutorials on my site are free to access and 99% of the answers i provide are also free.
I don't think your comment is necessary Victor.

I didn't see anywhere where Brad was calling you a troll.
He answered your question with a feasible suggestion:

Your response to his suggestions was uncalled for.
I am closing this thread to further conversation, as your issue appears to have been resolved.
