It's been a good while since I've been around here. Love the facelift.
I used the AgentPress child theme for my mother's real estate website. It's not getting the search traffic expected compared to other sites I've done with Genesis. I don't have the time to get too involved in this as I've gotten away from doing websites for a while now. I know there used to be many very talented users on here and I would love to get somebody familiar with Genesis to take a look at things for her. She's willing to pay, of course, via PayPal or your preferred method.
The site is samanthaensign.com.
It is currently running WP 3.2.1, so would need updated and some SEO. She understands the complexity of SEO and is more than willing to pay what is fair for the help.
Feel free to PM me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Search traffic does not equate to revenue in the residential RE business. The people that focus on traffic are IDX service providers and SEO consultants. Your mother should focus on the likelihood that traffic will ring her cash register: ie, list a home for sale or use her as a buyer's agent.
There are many ways to get more traffic, but few of those will actually ring your mother's cash register. She could spruce up the IDX presentation, and this will produce more organic search traffic, but I doubt it will produce much revenue. My view is that for many RE agents, IDX leads are poor quality leads. What has a chance of producing more income is good old fashioned SEO: doing keyword research, creating great content that can rank for important keywords, and link building. Your mother's links in Google are uninspiring and don't excite me to click through to the content.
My overall impression of the site is that the content needs sprucing up to better promote why I want to list or buy a home through your mom. After spending a bit of time on the site, the answer to that question wasn't obvious. The design needs to be less busy (bigger typeface, fewer things on screen) to make it easy for me to make a contact. The result might well be less traffic, and possibly even fewer leads, but overall, I think the leads will be higher quality.
Hope that helps.

Every thing is possible in life. So,be prepare.
