2 Issues: It's missing an offset for both the top when you scroll back up as its displays over the non sticky sidebar widgets and also another offset for the bottom.

Will work on that, one question.
You say it is working for you?
When I view it the sidebar doesn't stick for me? - I am using Chrome and IE

var sidebarElement = $('.sidebar-primary');
or you can use
aside#genesis-sidebar-primary
September 28, 2016 at 6:40 am #193805rogerpParticipantThanks Brad, I misunderstood when you said it was working for you - but not on my site (on yours?)
I have tried
var sidebarElement = $('#sidebar-primary');
var sidebarElement = $('#.sidebar-primary');
But the sidebar will just not stick.
What theme are you trying it on?

Please check your code as its not exactly the same as mine which is why it doesn't work.
Testing on the Genesis Sample child theme.

How can I compare against yours?
Can I just pay you to fix this for me?
Thanks
Roger

Change of tact now - I have found this code https://gist.github.com/srikat/8783212 which is doing it slightly differently
The Sidebar is now fading in on my site but just not sticking

September 28, 2016 at 9:47 am #193824rogerpParticipantThanks for all your support Brad, will work that one out later.
One other question - this is now sticking the last widget. which is great as I have it for my email sign up.
But if I wanted to include 3 separate elements
i.e within the last widget - 2 separate images and also the enews extended
It seems it has to be the enews widget or a few images within a widget but no way of doing both?

This is jquery i spent a few hours on which you can use with specific widgets however it only works with 1 widget at a time.
It doesn't include the fadein effect.
