I posted a response in Facebook but wanted to share it here too.
So the reason why it won't work is because the breadcrumb code is already included in the functions. Remove your code. Then look at Lines 211-213. You want to change line 213 to the preferred location.
// Move breadcrumbs to below header. remove_action( 'genesis_before_loop', 'genesis_do_breadcrumbs' ); add_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_breadcrumbs' );
Change it to this:
add_action( 'genesis_before_content_sidebar_wrap', 'genesis_do_breadcrumbs', 15 );
Then adjust your CSS.
Look through your functions file and you will see all of these things. Then if you want to move them around, install the Genesis Visual Hook Guide which will help you position things where you want them to go.

AnitaKeymasterHi Danielle, unfortunately not. Design Palette Pro only works with themes created by StudioPress. There is a considerable amount of code and programming that's required to include each theme into DPP. What exactly are you looking to do, change, etc.

November 29, 2018 at 9:33 pm in reply to: Creating a centered page – Squeeze Page? – Smart Passive Income #224727AnitaKeymasterSmart Passive Income has a landing page - https://demo.studiopress.com/smart-passive-income/templates/landing-page/, which most of the Genesis themes come with. Most people use the Landing Page for Squeeze Pages.

AnitaKeymasterYou will need to modify this code which controls the entire
.site inner
on all pages and posts..site-inner { background-color: #fff; clear: both; margin-top: 170px; position: relative; z-index: 9; word-wrap: break-word; }

AnitaKeymasterI asked an admin to reopen so I could post this for you. I wrote a tutorial on how to add the traditional footer widgets to Academy Pro if you decide you'd like to go that route. You can see the tutorial here.

AnitaKeymasterAdd this to your stylesheet:
.footer-cta a { text-decoration: none; }
If you would like to update that without modifying the stylesheet, you can use Design Palette Pro. You can use it to modify other areas, colors, and fonts without touching the stylesheet. They are having a 30% off sale for Black Friday.

AnitaKeymasterLook in the stylesheet (style.css file) around Line 2676 for this and remove it:
.bg-primary:after { background: #000000; }*

AnitaKeymasterHi Tim, I think you might want to take a look at Genesis Featured Page Advanced - https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-featured-page-advanced/. I use this often and it has a lot of other features such as removing linked content.

AnitaKeymasterHave you conducted a "travel" search in the WordPress repo? If not, here's a direct link - https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/travel/. I think visiting there will probably help you narrow down what you are looking for.

AnitaKeymasterHi Lindsey, to answer your first question, AgentPress Pro uses the plugin called AgentPress listings "https://wordpress.org/plugins/agentpress-listings/" and creates a custom post type for the Listings. You do not need to enter those fields at all for the properties and they will display perfectly fine. Keep in mind if you choose to use the plugin for this, you will probably need to custom code some of the URLs. I personally don't think you'd want to use the plugin for development.
For the second question, that is a WordPress function and not a theme function. So you would just follow the plugins instructions on how to implement that.

AnitaKeymasterHi Neil. You posted about a year ago about the bibliography database and again three weeks ago. Last year Christoph suggested you join the Genesis Facebook group. But since this isn't Genesis-specific, you would probably get a better response by joining the WordPress Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2209390642/.

AnitaKeymasterI would say that this is the community forum and representatives of StudioPress do not come here often. This question is better suited for their support so I would suggest contacting them directly.
From all the changes I've seen with WPEngine purchasing StudioPress, I don't think this would be on the front burner for them. But again, you should probably contact WPEngine about what's on their roadmap.

November 12, 2018 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Replace the slider with just a banner image In Refined theme #224316AnitaKeymasterThe slider has been added in via the front-page.php starting at line 278 thru 305. You could remove the slider code, modify the text-overlay widget to be a full width widget and use an Image widget in that area.

AnitaKeymasterGenesis now has an Google Auto Ads field in the Genesis Settings. Go there and you will see it. Just put your code in the box and save it. Auto ads take a little while to show up after you've added it. It may take 30 minutes or it could take a couple hours.
Or you would paste both codes into the Genesis Settings "Header Scripts" box.

AnitaKeymasterThere are quite a number of GDPR plugins. You should do a search in the WordPress plugin repository and review them to see which ones meet your needs.

AnitaKeymasterThose are flags by WordPress which were added in version 4.9 - https://codex.wordpress.org/Version_4.9.
They aren't Genesis specific and you really can disregard those. And some of the errors may be browser specific. They are not bugs. They are warnings.

AnitaKeymasterHave you taken a look at the Header Scripts box under Genesis > Theme Settings to see if the code is there?

November 4, 2018 at 10:52 am in reply to: How to Insert Category Page into Navigation Menu – Executive Pro Child Theme #224165AnitaKeymasterDesign Palette Pro only offers design options. It does not offer any way to modify functionality.
To answer the question about inserting the Category page into the main navigation menu, go to Appearance -> Menus. You should see the Categories box, along with the pages and posts. If you do not, go up to Screen Options. Check the box for Categories. Once you do that, select the News category and add it to your menu.

AnitaKeymasterPhyllis, when and where are you getting the ---> "warning to not update my CSS font changes." If you are making font changes in the stylesheet, they shouldn't get overwritten on an update unless you replace the entire theme with an updated version. The same with your themes functions.php file.

AnitaKeymasterI've used Genesis themes since inception and never heard of Greenridge. StudioPress has a theme called Going Green - https://demo.studiopress.com/going-green/.
