That is called the Primary Sidebar and can be found under Appearance > Widgets. You would drag the widgets out of there. If you do not require the Primary Sidebar at all, you can go to the Genesis > Theme Setting > Layout and set the site for full-width layout.
I would suggest you log in to your my.studiopress.com account and download/open the Genesis for Beginner's PDF file to familiarize yourself with how to use Genesis and your child theme.

AnitaKeymasterIf you log in to your StudioPress account, you can take a look at the theme documentation. The home page is set up with blocks.

December 2, 2019 at 2:25 pm in reply to: Updated to New Genesis Framework, now site is not seeing the style sheet #495170AnitaKeymaster@michaelwolsey I don't think there would be any security risks, but I think as Genesis plugins are updated to work with the current version of Genesis - if you are using any... they may stop working, malfunction or maybe break in some way. They are really encouraging use more up-to-date themes.

December 2, 2019 at 7:43 am in reply to: How to fix missing "Position" error in "Breadcrumb"? #495162AnitaKeymasterIf you are using The SEO Framework plugin, you cannot have both Genesis breadcrumbs and TSF breadcrumbs active at the same time. So deactivate the Genesis breadcrumbs, clear your cache and run Structured Data again.

AnitaKeymasterThat's been known for a long time. As noted on the W3 Total Cache support page, you would need their Pro version. If you don't purchase their PRO version you need to disable it. (Google is your friend.)

AnitaKeymasterYeah, that's why I suggested you deactivate all the plugins early on. Conflict check. I know a lot of people use Autoptimize.

AnitaKeymasterAre you using an SEO plugin or the default Genesis SEO?

AnitaKeymasterDid you check the site to see if it worked before you applied your customization to it?

AnitaKeymasterThat would be a function you'd need to add for WooCommerce and not to the theme. Maybe join a WooCommerce Facebook page like this one.

AnitaKeymasterWell they did update it in 2017. It may not require any updates beyond 2017. You are using the 2014 version. I would suggest before you do anything, maybe clone your site and put it on a staging area. Make all the changes there to make sure thing work properly. Then move it over to Live.

AnitaKeymasterYeah that would still make your theme three years old. If the menu just stopped working for you, and you have deactivated all of the plugins to rule out a conflict, then I'd first look at your original files against you website to see what may have broken down. You customized your version of Lifestyle Pro so much that it doesn't even look like it. So maybe do some code comparisons to see what may have stopped working before switching.

AnitaKeymasterSince your website is not on the Genesis Framework at this time, I am going to close this discussion.

AnitaKeymasterA plugin conflict means to disable all of the plugins except the ones recommended by the theme you are using. Did you do that? You are using theme version 3.1 which is almost 5 years old.

AnitaKeymasterIf you want to switch to a Genesis theme you can but there are a lot of other factors with SEO, so you should join an SEO group to learn more about that you should do.
