I think the theme is Metro Pro. Maybe contact Studiopress?

Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantBob,
Are you using the Featured Posts widget or the Recent Posts widget? With either widget, you can indicate the number of posts you want to display.

Designer | Artist | TeacherAugust 3, 2020 at 4:49 pm in reply to: executive pro home page black box white text (call to action) #500431askdesignParticipantI'll show you the original code, then the modified code.
Place the MODIFIED code in the Custom CSS section (Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS):
ORIGINAL CODE:
.executive-pro-home .home-cta { background-color: #222; color: #ddd; float: left; padding: 60px; width: 100%; } .executive-pro-home .home-cta p { color: #ddd; }
MODIFIED CODE:
.executive-pro-home .home-cta { background-color: #ddd; color: #222; float: left; padding: 60px; width: 100%; } .executive-pro-home .home-cta p, .executive-pro-home .home-cta h1, { color: #222; }
Also, delete all local styling with spans:
<span style="color: #ffffff;"> </span>

Designer | Artist | TeacherAugust 3, 2020 at 4:27 pm in reply to: custom css question, enlarge social icons and search bar #500428askdesignParticipantHi, Sorry you didn't get a response to this. I don't see the social icons, so I'll just address the search bar part of your question.
Here are 2 ways to enlarge the search bar:
ORIGINAL CODE:
.genesis-nav-menu .search-form { color: #333; width: 100%; }
OR
.genesis-nav-menu .search-form input[type="search"] { color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 9px; font-style: italic; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 2px; text-transform: uppercase; width: 100%; background: 0% 0% / 36px 16px transparent; padding: 10px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-image: initial; }
MODIFIED CODE:
.genesis-nav-menu .search-form { color: #333; width: 100%; padding: 14px; }
OR
.genesis-nav-menu .search-form input[type="search"] { color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 9px; font-style: italic; font-weight: 300; letter-spacing: 2px; text-transform: uppercase; width: 100%; background: 0% 0% / 36px 16px transparent; padding: 12px 20px; border-width: 1px; border-style: solid; border-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); border-image: initial; }
You can use whatever padding you like; this is just an example.

Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantYou might want to ask the theme developer. My guess is that, if you did want a border, you could easily insert do that by changing the color and taking out the negative margin-top.
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantSorry you didn't get a response. The site looks great. But I don't understand the question. Is this still a question you have or have you resolved the issue?
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantSorry you didn't get any responses to your question. Have you tried placing two widgets above the header?
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantLooks great! Good job.

Designer | Artist | TeacherAugust 2, 2020 at 4:40 pm in reply to: Removing Site Title and Positioning Menu on the Left. #500416askdesignParticipantWe can't see the site. It's hidden by a Coming Soon page.
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantHave you figured this out? The home-featured section looks like it is directly underneath the header.
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantIt looks like the site container ("site-inner") is wide enough (max-width: 1200px), but the full-width content area has a narrow width. Try making the content areas wider, like this:
ORIGINAL CODE
.full-width-content .content { float: none; margin: 0 auto; max-width: 660px; } .content { background-color: transparent; float: right; width: 660px; }
MODIFIED CODE
.full-width-content .content { float: none; margin: 0 auto; max-width: 960px; } .content { background-color: transparent; float: right; width: 960px; }

Designer | Artist | TeacherAugust 1, 2020 at 6:36 pm in reply to: How to add a new widget area below navigation menu on homepage/post page? #500400askdesignParticipantNot sure what happened to my first reply, so I'm reposting.
There are several ways to add a new widget area. Here are some of the best tutorials I've found for different scenarios:

Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantWhere are you putting your changes?
(1) Directly in the styles.css file? In what area: editing the existing code or adding your changes at the bottom?
(2) In Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS?If you edited the styles.css file and cleared the cache, yet still don't see the changes, I suggested adding your modifications to the Additional CSS area. That usually overrides all other styles.
If the headings have a class, you'll also have to modify the class.
ORIGINAL CODE:
h1 { font-size: 30px; } h2 { font-size: 40px; } h3 { font-size: 30px; } h4 { font-size: 28px; } h5 { font-size: 24px; } h6 { font-size: 20px; }
MODIFIED CODE:
h1 { font-size: 48px; } h2 { font-size: 38px; } h3 { font-size: 36px; } h4 { font-size: 32px; } h5 { font-size: 28px; } h6 { font-size: 24px; }

Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantHave you set the site layout to full width?
Genesis > Theme Settings > Site Layout > Full Width Content
Anne S. Katzeff
Designer | Artist | TeacheraskdesignParticipantDid you find the answer?
When I look at the site, the menu is at the bottom of the header section, so I'm not sure if you fixed it or I'm not understanding the question.
