Thanks for taking the time to reply . My theme, which is the Sample Theme, does have that in the CSS .
It;s the H2 tag that I need to either change or get rid of.

I am confused though. I installed a fresh sample theme and framework earlier and it was there..The option works on the main theme, just not the child theme.
The option you suggest doesn't seem to work as well as would normally happen.
Is this a feature change in the latest version?

I have seen the !important rule before in CSS but never realised what it did, I should pay more attention!
