Thanks for checking. Yes did some tweaking based on recommended tech link.
coachbParticipantThanks for the reply. I was wondering why they the stopped being links since I thought that it was part of the default theme design and changed.
January 10, 2015 at 6:12 pm in reply to: AgentPress Pro display listings search widget when not using background image #136946coachbParticipantNot resolved.
coachbParticipantHave a site hosted on Hostgator. Trying to configure the eNews Extended Widget. Followed these instructions:
https://genesisgoodies.com/add-email-list-signup/When testing the form get this error on submitting form:
"Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security."coachbParticipantThanks.
coachbParticipantI don't think they are using,
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-jquery-lightbox/The source code on the listing page indicates they are using the same one that has been recommended since AgentPress v 1:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-lightbox-for-native-galleries/Which has stated this on the plugin page:
"This plugin hasn't been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress."
I think there have been discussions on forum previously about which updated plugin to switch to but I don't recall any consensus. Can anyone else confirm that?

December 26, 2013 at 5:59 pm in reply to: Would like to center contents in Executive Pro 3.0 home-slider widget #81309coachbParticipantOK, I was using a 3rd party slideshow that I am very familiar with but doesn't have to be that one. What does StudioPress offer/support so that I can accomplish having 1000 pixel width images in a looping slideshow - where none of the pictures link to anything (just a slideshow display)? Their responsive slider appears to require using a portfolio or posts to pull images and link to those. I just want the image/slideshow centered in the hompage-slider widget.
coachbParticipantThanks. Worked great. Do you know how I can add a horizontal line just under the header image that is the full width of the browser window (not just width of header or site content) so it extends as part of the site background. (similar to an <hr /> element)?
July 7, 2013 at 7:17 pm in reply to: Requesting site visits to see if you can replicate display issue #49732coachbParticipantHey, everyone - Thank you VERY MUCH for your help. I had a discussion with the client stressing to retrace we steps of the past few days since error occurred and try to go back and undo/remove anything that she had done to see if she could correct it. She has informed me that after doing that it is now working for her. She is checking with others who reported the issue but I am guessing it will work for them also.
I really appreciate the forum support on this and will be glad to reciprocate if you need assistance in the future.
Thanks!
July 7, 2013 at 6:36 pm in reply to: Requesting site visits to see if you can replicate display issue #49727coachbParticipantGary, looking for the message they sent with the error (have requested again as I mistakenly deleted that screen capture... I believe it states something about "server/database connection issue."
July 7, 2013 at 5:56 pm in reply to: Requesting site visits to see if you can replicate display issue #49718coachbParticipantThank you. I hope others will test also so I can report back from a larger test sample. Client doesn't believe the issues can be local to her.
March 23, 2013 at 5:32 pm in reply to: AgentPress theme site won't load below "Communities" widget #30796coachbParticipantYes all on Hostgator shared hosting. Same versions all around.
March 23, 2013 at 4:42 pm in reply to: AgentPress theme site won't load below "Communities" widget #30792coachbParticipantUPDATE: I have a plugin Video User Manuals, that adds some professional tutorial videos inside the Dashboard for users. There recently updated the plugin and I noticed if I disable the plugin, the site works fine. The strange thing is that I have that plugin on about 15 other Genesis AgentPress sites and they do not have this problem. I have a support ticket in to the plugin developer.
March 23, 2013 at 12:30 am in reply to: AgentPress theme site won't load below "Communities" widget #30631coachbParticipantNot today. Haven't checked the site in a few days and don't recall updating anything since then.
coachbParticipantOK. I used firebug and right clicked to inspect element. I did a search for #inner and found one location with 'inner' but only shows a color (#333333) inherited from body.home but it it is a different color than the background showing. There was a reference to a background image (bg.png - that was changed originally to be black) that was replaced with the background image I have there now. I'm confused about the logic of the color control for the background and how you make display elements transparent so background image will show through. Is there a codex for this theme that explains this?
coachbParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.coachbParticipantDon't see a personal message link. Client has asked this not to be made public before it's finished but I can e-mail a link directly to you is you can tell me where to send it.
coachbParticipantPlease disregard message above. Found the file I needed. Thanks.
