HI Jamie,
Thanks for your help on this. I have asked a couple of other people to test this and they have can't reproduce the error either. I think you may be right about the version so I've asked the user to upgrade to the latest version of chrome and hopefully that will work.

dave andrewMemberYes I have. It says in the theme setup that the description has been disabled. I just wanted to know how this was done so I could switch it back on.

dave andrewMemberTo the best of my knowledge I have completed the tutorial. I loaded a smaller image than the numbers and it still asked me to crop it, luckily it was minor. So I saved the image that looked perfect and then I get cropping on the header logo. I'm a bit confused, it seems to be ignoring image sizes. I added the code to take out the pading but it still seems to have padding. Is this the problem. The test site is esbfactory.com
