Love your Pretty Creative theme.
Linda
giddymoonParticipantThank you Lynn.
The header was purposefully (artfully) blurred 🙂 But still responsive. The others aren't responsive.
I appreciate your help.
giddymoonParticipantHi Lynn,
I tried changing the background-attachment to fixed as you suggested, but no luck.
That actually made the header image pixelate. Thanks for your suggestion!

Thanks for seeing that. I had added it previously and not removed it.
I appreciate your generosity.

Here's the link: http://www.citizenbaker.com
Sorry it took so long...I appreciate any insights you might have!
Linda
giddymoonParticipantThanks!
I'll give it a try.
giddymoonParticipantThat was AMCS, not AMSC...
giddymoonParticipantHi Andy,
Magic! The new code works beautifully.
Thanks so much.
Linda
giddymoonParticipantHi AMCS,
I've tried your code and it works great except that the image is showing above the primary navigation not below.
How would I adjust the php to place the banner image below the primary nav bar?
Thanks!
LindagiddymoonParticipantThe same feed title is entered...I'll investigate the manual option.
Thanks again!
giddymoonParticipantAndrea,
Thanks again! I changed the original feed as you suggested. You did note in your original response that the subscribers to the original feed should not be effected, so I assume I won't have to notify them that the feed address has changed?
The only thing that I'm seeing that's different is that the name of the feed, Of Independent Means, does not display anymore, although I didn't change it when I changed the feed.
Linda
giddymoonParticipantThanks for your help...
I'm still a little confused. The feedburner instructions were explicit...
"You should not change "Original Feed" unless you move your original feed to a new domain or a new location on your existing server. Also, changing "Feed Address" will require you to update your feed subscribers with your new address; the previous feed address will no longer work."
I added the original feed url into the custom feed field on the Theme Options page and clicked redirect. Will this do the same thing?
I appreciate your help!
giddymoonParticipantHi,
Thanks for getting back to me. On the suggestion of Neilgee I changed the extension on the favicon file from ico to png and it worked!
giddymoonParticipantChanging the extension worked!
you rock!
LindagiddymoonParticipantHi Neil,
I'll take your advice and submit a support ticket with my host...after I try changing the favicon extension. You have been very helpful.
Thanks so much,
LindagiddymoonParticipantHi again,
The image in the file displays. So perhaps the .ico file is blocked via htaccess.
How can I tell?
I looked at the .htaccess file and the RewriteEngine is enabled and these are the first two lines after:
## Disallow access to htaccess.txt, configuration.php, configuration.php-dist and php.ini
RewriteRule ^(htaccess\.txt|configuration\.php(-dist)?|php\.ini)$ - [F]Thanks,
LindagiddymoonParticipantThanks very much Neil.
I'll try it out this morning.
I appreciate your help.
giddymoonParticipantHi Neil,
Thanks for getting back to me!
The permissions on the images file is 755. I thought that was okay??? I tried changing it to 775 and still no favicon.
Linda
giddymoonParticipantThanks anitac...just tried it and get an empty box. I want nothing on the sidebar. I cleared the cache too...
any suggestions?
appreciate your help.
