Hi tu-atlas, thank you so much for your reply:)
This is how my html looks like now:
<a href="http://my.studiopress.com/themes/parallax/"><div class="one-half first greybox"><h2>Armbåndsur</h2> <img src="http://sutterud2.eksaktlidenskap.no/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/dummy-produktbilde.jpg"> Qhjkjh kjh kjh kjh kjh kjh khøhjlkjh jfgdfghdhgfd hgfdhgfd hgfdhgfd hgfd hgfd ghfd hgfd hgfdhfdhgfd hgfd hgfd hgfd ghfd g</div></a>
But it still won't be a link.
By the way, I had to remove thea:hover
from my css. It affected the links in my menu (in the header).Hmm, what could be wrong?
jhsMemberThank you so much:) It worked!
November 11, 2014 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Header decreases as you scroll down, parallax theme #131219jhsMemberThank you so much emasai! You fixed it!
It looks much better now🙂You would not happen to know how to center the menu horizontally?
I would really love to have facebook-icon next to the menu too...jhsMemberI really appreciate you help:)
I didn't find the exact code you referred to, but I made some changes to what I thought was correct and the heigt got increased.
But one more thing:
When I have just loaded the page, its looks like before, but when I start to scroll down then I can se that the height is increased...like its a white space above the background image (the image of the man).Could i reduce that white space some where?
jhsMemberThanks a lot:) It looks great now, but I had the menu (as seen on a normal sized display) centered. That disapeard now.
As you can se here, the menu is align to the left. What could I do to get it centered again?November 9, 2014 at 2:05 pm in reply to: Parallax Pro – Add Icons Inline with Navigation Menu #131000jhsMemberThis reply has been marked as private.jhsMemberGreat Brad! Thank you:)
Do you also know how to get the header lower?

jhsMemberThank you both! Perfect!
November 6, 2014 at 10:25 am in reply to: Parallax Pro – Add Icons Inline with Navigation Menu #130674jhsMemberHi!
I would really like the navigation and social media icons on the same line too, like Michele describes.
I've added the code below to my css, and dragged the Simple Social Icons into the Header Right widget area. And this is what it looks like on my site now..widget.simple-social-icons { display: inline-block; float: right; margin-top: 9px; } .widget.widget_nav_menu { display: inline-block; width: 760px; }
I didn't quite understand the thing about the
And go to line 2129 and change the
width: 80%
towidth: auto
Could anybody give me some hints on that please?
November 6, 2014 at 4:36 am in reply to: Linking to another place on the same page (anchors?) Parallax theme #130654jhsMemberThanks Brad!
I'm now using this on the "Butikken" link in the top menu. If you try to cklick it you can see that it scrolls down, but a bit too far...I would like the red "Butikken" heading to show.I did place the
<a name="butikken"></a>
in the first text-widget in Home section 4 widget area. Anywhere else I can placed it to make the scrolling stop so that the title would show?jhsMemberI think I made it.
I changed the width from 740px to 780px (790 would still get me the high header).
.site-header .widget-area { float: right; text-align: right; width: 780px; }
jhsMemberHi!
I didn't do this with CSS as I wanted to. This is the Featured post-widget. So I'm still interested in som tips on how to get my text in 3 columns without the Featured post-widget.
...and about the "blogg", this is the norwegianized version. Im going to write in norwegian and its the common way to write it. This is because the english word log is writen logg in norwegian.

October 21, 2014 at 5:18 am in reply to: Minimum theme – Change widget areas (from vertical to horizontal) #128605jhsMemberIf I want some of the other widget areas to list 3 or more post on a horisontal line, can I just use the same code?
.home-featured-1 .featured-content .entry { float: left; margin-right: 2.5%; width: 31.333%; } .home-featured-1 .featured-content .entry:nth-of-type(3n+3){ margin-right: 0;}
..but just replace the text home-featured-1 with home-featured-2?
Im asking because I want 4 posts on a horisontal line in Home featured 4
October 21, 2014 at 1:30 am in reply to: Minimum theme – Change widget areas (from vertical to horizontal) #128588jhsMemberThat did it!

As you can see I'm showing 3 posts in widget area "home featured 1".
But I would very much like the 3 posts to stay on the same horisontal line. Meaning 3 posts pr line, and if I add more post they will line up 3 at a time under. You understand?
(I guess the featured images are too big, but maybe I could adjust that some where)
