I totally agree and at one point they were larger but the client wanted them smaller, so...here we are.
Thanks for looking!
LandonMemberVery true. Thanks for the comments!
LandonMemberThanks! I've been stressing over the details quite a bit. Need to move on 🙂
LandonMemberThank you!
LandonMemberThanks clangille! Will give it a go tomorrow.
LandonMemberLooks nice!
LandonMemberThat is incorrect. I want to move Home-Bottom below Subfooter-Left, Subfooter-Right.
Thanks!
February 1, 2014 at 5:09 pm in reply to: Outreach Pro Theme, replace slider with a static image #88066LandonMemberThanks Andrea, I was over thinking it again. Text widget is the way to go.
LandonMemberAndrea, I got busy and never came back to this thread. So rude!! I ended up doing just that and creating a widget area and it's on the homepage.
As far as starting, I am still using the Sample Child theme but really need to look around at some of the other starter child themes out there for Genesis. Sample Child is great but sometimes I feel like I am struggling to strip it down.
Thanks so much for the response and again, I apologize for not acknowledging it sooner!

LandonMemberJust a quick glance, each of these items has a css declaration: text-indent: -9999px; that seems to be at least part of the problem and where I'd start.
.menu-jena {
text-indent: -9999px;
background-image: url(images/jena.png) !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
margin-left: 10px !important;
width: 109px;
}Play with it in your browsers developer tools and you will find it.
LandonMemberInteresting. I am using Genesis Framework. Will do some tests.
LandonMemberI just noticed that myself last night I didn't have a chance to test it with a non Genesis theme. Will do that tomorrow and see.
LandonMemberIt appears to me your image is only 920x400 and the #content-sidebar-wrap is 980px wide.
LandonMemberI am not seeing the behavior in Safari or Chrome on OS X or IE 10 on Windows. See Grab. Am I misunderstanding?

LandonMemberTest.
LandonMemberLooks good!
LandonMemberYeah, I am familiar with Bill's work and looking at his site last night spurred me to think about this topic. Didn't feel comfortable asking but guess it wouldn't hurt.
LandonMemberThe nav color can be changed in style.css by changing .agentpress-gray #nav to background-color: #0076f5. This will take care of the hover also.
As for text shadow, change #header to text-shadow: none in style.css.
Hope this gets you in the right direction.

LandonMemberDaniel, thanks a lot for sharing. Will play with this!
LandonMemberDaniel, that would be awesome!
