O M G!!!! I hate it when it's so simple and right in front of my face! LOL
Thank you for your help and patience. 🙂
licenseguruMemberThis is all that is listed under the javascript button:
// before form is load
function before_load()
{
}
// before form submit
function before_submit()
{
}
// before form reset
function before_reset()
{
}licenseguruMemberI haven't found a Add Form button for web dorado and I haven't found/seen any shortcode within the form manager. There is a button for the javascript within the form manager, which I also tried using. I'm striking out everywhere.
licenseguruMemberWithin the page editor, there is the Add Form button. When I select that button, it only brings up the Gravity Form plugin, not the web-dorado plugin.
I initially tried to create the form using Gravity Forms, but I was unable to view the editor. I could create/name the form, but couldn't add any fields.
So that's when I found the web-dorado plugin.
I'm totally lost at this point. lol And I do appreciate your help. 🙂
licenseguruMemberNo. What I'm trying to do is add a form to that page. I created the form using the web-dorado plugin. After creating the form within the plugin, I'm not able to add the form to the page. So... I tried adding the plugin to the Widgets on Pages drop down from the Appearance/Widgets page in wordpress. Perhaps that's the wrong way to go about it.
Basically, I'm just trying to add a form to that one page.
licenseguruMemberHere's the page I want to add the form to: http://www.contractorslicenseguru.com/cbia-insurance/
licenseguruMemberThat worked! You totally Rock!!!
Thank you. 🙂
licenseguruMemberHmmmm is right. I tried it again with what you just sent. The page is still the same. Could it be I'm inserting the code into the wrong place in that file?
licenseguruMemberHi Andrea,
I entered the code into the functions.php file and uploaded it, but it didn't change the page. Did I do something incorrectly?
licenseguruMemberAwesome. Thank you!
licenseguruMemberpost=437 Is that what you need?
Thanks.
licenseguruMemberI emailed them first thing. No reply, so I thought I’d work the problem. I’ve worked on my own html sites for years and always had full access. WordPress is new to me so I used a web designer. Perhaps if I host the site myself, I’ll get the control I need??
I saw on your site you recommend bluehost. I used them years ago before going with godaddy.
Do you think my site needs help? It’s only been live for a few months now and I’m still waiting for my natural search rankings to improve. I see you do seo also.
licenseguruMemberThis reply has been marked as private.licenseguruMemberAnd where is that elusive css file? 🙂
I'm thinking my problem is... I don't have access to the ftp file manager. The site designer is also hosting the site.
licenseguruMemberSweet.... rookie question of the day.... where do I place that code?
This question has haunted me. I've looked all over the dashboard for a place to view/edit the code and just can't find it. If you could answer this question for me, I'd be forever grateful!
licenseguruMemberHome top 2 is empty. I tried changing the margin top width within home top 1, but it didn't change anything.
Is it possible to change the size of the image? I did not build the site, and I don't know where the site builder put/stored the image.
Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.
