Ok so Charlie helped me to get the site so it isn't mobile responsive. But for some reason, upon loading, the site zooms into the top left of the screen.
Ideally, it would be best if the user didn't have to zoom out so they could see the full site. Any tips for fixing this automatic zoom issue?
Again you can check it out here at http://www.studiopress.com/responsive/
Thanks!
MaddmulaMember^ Congratulations! So I tried commenting it out like this and it just turned the site into a blank screen. Maybe I commented it out wrong?

function prose_add_viewport_meta_tag() {
echo '<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"/>';
}*/
MaddmulaMemberMaybe I need to make some changes to the CSS in the Genesis theme? (not the Prose)
Here's the code in the CSS of Genesis...

MaddmulaMember^ that was a temporary login for a second user. Anyway I suppose you're right - just changed the password for that user account.
MaddmulaMemberThanks for the help but I don't see that ^ when I go into functions PHP for neither the Genesis nor the Prose theme.
If it would be easier to see for yourself you can login at:

Username: User
Password: passwordThanks so much for you time!
MaddmulaMemberThanks for the reply! Here's the CSS code. I tried commenting out (nothing happened), and then even deleting that whole section and it didn't work. Any other ideas?
