Using Genesis Feature Page Extra, gave an easy way to deal with this.

Janet Morrow | Mountain Ash Website Design | http://www.mountainash.org
Visit Our Site for more information and pricing.mountashMemberI tried both:
.ngg_slideshow .widget { box-shadow: none; }
.ngg_slideshow .widget { box-shadow: none !important; }
But the border is still there. I had tried the none before, but was not sure if I had the .widget after it.

Visit Our Site for more information and pricing.mountashMemberThank you for the link to ipadpeek. It was very helpful, and I was able to correct the sidebar issue. I still need help correcting the second blue border that is appearing around the slider widget in the sidebar.
Here is the widget code I am using:
.sidebar .widget { background-color: #f8f8f8; box-shadow: 0 0 0 1px #1B4893; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 30px 40px; padding: 3rem 4rem; word-wrap: break-word; }
I want to leave the blue border around the sidebar widgets, but remove it from around the slider.

Visit Our Site for more information and pricing.mountashMemberYes, but I do want the border around the actual sidebar. If I remove them there will be no border around the sidebar. There must be a way to leave the border on the sidebar, but remove them from the slider widget...

If you can help get rid of the extra border around the small slider I would be grateful.

I would really like you to look over the pages, but I have not been able to get in touch with you. I tried the Design Studio, but got no response back.

width: 100%; float: none; margin: 0 auto;

I am using a variety of mobile devises: iPhone 4 & 5, a large kindle fire, and a tablet.
As I said in my first post it is working fine with my mobile devises, but when I narrow the pc window it does not. Most of my sites work well, under all circumstances.
