Yeah, that's the issue. I've been trying to battle this pin it button, tried over 4 or 5 different types of plugin. The only one that remotely worked is the jquery one. but that places a tiny pin it button outside the image at the bottom or top. It's hardly visible!
If I can crack it, I'll let you know. I've spent almost 3 days already on this and thinking of giving up and move on to other things if I don't get it today.October 28, 2013 at 11:20 am in reply to: Pinterest Hover Button on Images- Pretty Young Thing theme #69469ruchiraMemberhi! Did you get this sorted? I'm having a similar issue with the Lifestyle Theme
ruchiraMemberIt doesn't seem to be working with lifestyle pro theme. Not sure what is wrong.
ruchiraMemberanother thing everyone. I've learnt this the hard way. Always keep a back up copy of your .php or .css files at the point they are working. This way if you make a mistake in coding, you can always upload the last saved working version.
ruchiraMemberJuliea,
Log in to where your site is hosted, download the functions.php file from your theme folder. Open it in text editor (i use a mac, if you use windows, open it in notepad) and just remove the code you last added to it. Save the file still as functions.php, delete the earlier file on the server and upload this one. And it should be fine.
best,
