visualvoodoo.comDavidMemberThank you Jamie...I don't thing the internet was working on the weekend (joke)...It took this many days before my website finally rendered properly for me. CDN. Haaa. Anyhow...thanks for your quick response confirming I had the right code...otherwise I would have deleted it from the CSS Styles.

visualvoodoo.comDavidMemberThank you Jamie. I am still not seeing the change after clearing the cache and trying 3 different web browsers...must be that CDN. Do you see a lighter blue for the submenu?
Thanks for your response.

visualvoodoo.comDavidMemberHmmmm...interesting Nick. That helps a lot actually. I think I will just dabble with it a bit and see how it turns out.
Thank you for responding...that solves my mystery (grin).

It also appears that when the menu is closed (vs expanded) there would be a different code...
Thanks again!

visualvoodoo.comAugust 27, 2014 at 11:03 am in reply to: Centric Pro CSS for menu hover background color and text hover color change #121362DavidMemberHi thanks for responding. I think I am close. I changed it to:
.genesis-nav-menu li a:hover, .genesis-nav-menu .current-menu-item > a { background-color: #2BB7E2; color: #dadbe0; }
But that didn't do it. In theory (at least in my head) that should change the background color to the same as the header (blue) and make the text turn light gray. I am trying to match my other website's menu so it appears more seamless (http://gallery.visualvoodoo.com).
Thanks for helping.
P.S. what's a good plugin that will show the code line that you are referencing?
