Hi,
I must first admit that a newbie to Studiopress themes and am not a web developer or technical in any type of web customization. However, I am usually quick to learn! I'm hoping my question is easy and more related to my lack of familiarity.
I purchased the Agency Pro theme and can't seem to find any easy way to modify the header. My Logo has a white background so I'm trying to turn the header background to white. I'm also looking for a left hand side alignment vs center. And finally, I'd like to change the size limits of the logo beyond 300 ?— 60 pixels so at some point the entire header can be header image from left to right (last priority).
Is there any easy way to do this that doesn't require revising the code?
Thanks

background-position: left !important;
}To use a larger graphic, there are lots of ways to do that. This explains how most of us do it:

Thanks for the link. I made a little progress but having immense difficulty trying to change the site header color. I was able to change my logo from center to left alignment.
.header-full-width.header-image .site-title a {
background-position: LEFT !important;
margin: 0;Problem is, I can't seem to get the site header to turn white. When I change from #333 to #fff, the site header turns to the color of the title body. I'm not sure what I'm doing. My current changes can be seen on my website. The code I changed is bold below. Sadly, I've spent two hours trying to find the right lines for what are probably very simple changes.
Site Header
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- */.site-header {
background-color: #fff
position: fixed;
width: 100%;
z-index: 999;January 27, 2014 at 11:51 pm #87411dcg4403MemberOh, one more thing that is strange to me. When I try to change the background-color back to the original #333, no changes take effect. My site header remains the same color as the title. I think learning Japanese might be easier!
I'm starting to wonder if Studiopress is too much for me. I had good luck with ForestThemes that offered more out of the box, pick & choose options. But I'm hoping my frustration is simply taking over.

to:
.header-full-width.header-image .site-title a {
background-position: left !important;
margin: 0;
}Unless you have a good grasp of CSS, Studio Press themes are difficult to modify and in my opinion are intended for web designers who work with CSS day in and day out.
