I have a set of side bar widgets and am using one of these to display a navigation menu.  The problem I have is that this navigation widget get the style (border) from the “widget-area” and “widget” styles.

Is there a way I can style Sidebar Widgets differently?

    Thanks in advance

    Steve

Yes, you need to add the higher selector/id before the other selectors.

    Example:

    #nav .widget-area…
    #nav .widget…

or for subnav just use #subnav in front of that

    #sidebar .widget-area…
    #sidebar .widget …

    etc.

Is that what you mean? I use Firebug in Firefox & Chrome to inspect what selectors are applying and where I could setup my custom styles.
