I've just finished loading up genesis onto my blog (http://lonerwolf.com), and I'm trying to solve a problem with my header. I attempted to upload a header image a few times, the image is sharp quality on its own http://lonerwolf.com/wp-content/themes/executive/images/logodos.png but when uploaded through the Appearance > Header manager it makes parts of the logo fussy/blurry.
I thought I'd give it a shot manually instead, so I followed this: http://www.studiopress.com/forums/topic/learning-genesis-custom-header-image/ and this http://blogominded.com/2011/12/how-to-insert-a-custom-logo-in-genesis-framework-child-themes/ , after an unsuccessful attempt (the logo appeared misaligned with the menu by a few inches) I reversed back to the default executive codes only to find the Title text now overlaps the image and refuses to go away whether I untick the "Header Text" box or not.
Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks
When using Appearance > Header - if the size is not EXACT, it will crop it and save it as a JPG (http://lonerwolf.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/cropped-Untitled-1-copy1.jpg). So your image needs to be the exact size so it doesn't crop it.
oh, now I see. Thanks for that
