    This is a virtual dup of another post I did one month ago that had no replies. I abbreviated Education in the subject so perhaps it wasn’t being found.

    The Education Theme has two sidebar widgets. One lives within the content wrap and the other is the sidebar-alt which lives outside of the wrap. If I choose a page layout with only one sidebar, it removes the sidebar-alt and keeps the one that is competing for space in the content wrap. If it possible to switch that so that one has the content warp and the outer sidebar-alt?

    SOLVED:

    I decided NOT to switch the sidebars but simply to disable the primary-sidebar on the homepage. Worked like a charm. Full description on this post:
