I will also ask this question at the Diverse Solutions forums, but I thought I'd ask here first since I think more here will be familiar with the plugin and widget than over there.
I'm trying to integrate a form from Diverse Solutions with the Genesis Enews Extended widget. The form generated from DS is below. Here's a link to the plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-enews-extended/ for notes and instructions. I've done it successfully with other email programs like MailChimp and Aweber, but I'm getting an error that seems generated by DS rather than WP when I complete the form. It's located in the header at http://delicious.angiemeekerdesigns.com
Any specific direction for what I should be using in the form action and email fields? I was using
http://emails.dsagentreach.com/webservices/remoting.asmx/AddContactand
Email
and also tried "Your Email..." for the email field when Email didn't work.
<form action="." method="POST" onsubmit="this.setAttribute('action', 'http://emails.dsagentreach.com/webservices/remoting.asmx/AddContact'); return true;"> <input type="hidden" name="PublicID" value="e295f3293d68451c99864829edc7b0e1" /> <input type="hidden" name="LeadSourceGroup" value="Delicious Updates" /> <input type="hidden" name="RedirectURL" value="http://delicious.angiemeekerdesigns.com/idx/advanced/" /> <table> <tbody> <tr><td><label class="dsar_18">Your Email...</label></td><td><input type='text' name='dsar_18' class='text textinput' /><span title='Required Field' style='color:red;'>*</span></td></tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"> <input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit" /> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </form>

April 3, 2013 at 10:02 am #32842KraftMemberHi,
From the code provided, I was able to get it working (I think… no error message, redirected onto page on your site) using dsar_18 as the value for the e-mail field name.
Cheers!

April 3, 2013 at 10:07 am #32845KraftMemberWere you able to try just changing the e-mail field name setting to "dsar_18" (without quotes)? I was able to get it working using that. I'm only repeating it as the enews extended widget seems to blend in with the theme a bit smoother than the DS code.
Thanks.
