And i don't find a check box for the Genesis Admin under Dashboard > Users > Select your nameHmm. Any Ideas?
March 30, 2016 at 7:16 am #182517Victor FontModeratorThe Genesis settings are under Users/Your Profile. Scroll down the page and you'll see two checkboxes:
User Permissions
Genesis Admin Menus Enable Genesis Admin Menu?
Enable Import/Export Submenu?

April 14, 2016 at 12:19 pm #183614wewhomakeMemberSusan, I don't have "users" option in the appearance menu.
Under the "users" tab on the dashboard, it only gives the option of "All users", "Add new", and "Your Profile" and none of those tabs have any boxes to check for Admin settings. I can assign myself as the admin (I already am), but that's it. Any ideas?April 14, 2016 at 12:44 pm #183618SusanModeratorGo to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile > User Permissions > check the boxes for the Genesis Admin > Save Settings.

April 14, 2016 at 2:36 pm #183630SusanModeratorDo you have the Genesis Framework installed and active? Are you an admin user on that site?
(This is the kind of question that can be submitted to StudioPress support).
April 14, 2016 at 9:44 pm #183645wewhomakeMemberI think I figured it out. When the child theme is activated, Genesis is not appearing on the dashboard at all. So I had to deactivate the child theme to get into the plugin I was looking for on Genesis. Seems like it could be a problem in the future though!! Thanks for your help!
April 15, 2016 at 12:36 am #183656paralizerMemberThank you wewhomake, after deactivate the child theme it works for me to.
April 15, 2016 at 1:51 am #183659chanvanvanMemberThank you wewhomake
April 15, 2016 at 11:35 am #183704SusanModeratorThe Genesis dashboard will appear if you have a Genesis child theme activated, but NOT if you don't have any Genesis framework or theme active.
If you have a Genesis child theme active and the Dashboard is still NOT visible, you have a problem.
