Hi,
http://www.basunivesh.com
When I visit my Google+ profile it shows the URL like https://plus.google.com/u/0/+BasavarajTonagatti/posts and previously it used to have the URL like https://plus.google.com/+BasavarajTonagatti/posts. What may be the cause?
I entered the URL https://plus.google.com/+BasavarajTonagatti in my blog user profile to claim the authorship. But since 15 days Google Search results not showing my image.February 13, 2014 at 11:28 pm #90228nutsandboltsMemberUnfortunately, claiming authorship is no guarantee that your image will show up in search results. February 13, 2014 at 11:58 pm #90231nutsandboltsMemberOh, okay. Sorry about that - I misunderstood. As long as that URL leads to your profile, there shouldn't be any error. Does your site show any errors when you check it with the structured data testing tool?

February 14, 2014 at 12:17 am #90236nutsandboltsMemberI noticed that I get the correct results if I enter one of your blog post URLs instead of the domain by itself:
It makes sense that the homepage wouldn't have author markup since there is no full content there; the same is true when I check my own sites.

Also is it an issue about homepage would not have an author markup?
February 14, 2014 at 12:23 am #90238nutsandboltsMemberMy own homepage doesn't have author markup, but my photo shows in search results. You may have better luck with this question in the Google Webmaster forums since your question isn't specific to Genesis.

February 14, 2014 at 4:42 am #90256pritamnagraleMemberI have entered my personal G+ URL in Google+ publisher URL in Genesis 2.02 but the homepage does not show the author in Google search.
There is no problem with other pages but only homepage. I am very much concerned about this because I get most of the search traffic on home page only.February 14, 2014 at 6:41 am #90265basuniveshMemberYou are right. As from above discussion it is clear that my individual posts are approved authorship. But my homepage is not approved by Google+. I think the issue with Genesis setting of SEO. Can any expert help on this?
