Since the primary method of support is now ticket based, how can we see what tickets we have open?
I don’t want to submit the same question multiple times, and since I cant go back to a theme specific forums and look at what i wrote, i have no idea which tickets are open, closed, etc.
We close the tickets internally, but if you reply to the email you will automatically open that ticket again, so if an issue isn’t resolved simply reply to the last email you received. Don’t worry about “open” or “closed” as that is purely internal now.
