Greetings! I recently updated my website to the latest version of WordPress and Genesis (with the Manhattan Theme) and afterwards the featured images on the homepage (set from a featured page widget) were broken. Upon investigating if there was an issue with broken paths, I discovered that the URL for the images given in Media stars with http, but when I look at the image info by right clicking the images directly, I see the URL starts with https. I've determined that this is the reason that the images appear broken, because using tools in Chrome, when I change the URL to http, the images show properly. The problem is, I'm unable to figure out why this is happening and what to do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help with this!

How are you inserting your images in to the widgets sections?

I'm inserting the image into the widget section by adding them as "featured images" in the pages that they link to. The widget then, is "featured page". I don't know why they are coming out as https instead of http. When I view the URL under the media section in WordPress, the URL is http. When I view the image information by right clicking on the website itself, I see that they are resolving with a https URL. How do I change that? I haven't found a place to make the change so it permanently displays properly.
Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion!
