I am new to Genesis and I am playing around with the theme until I understand it enough to edit my blog with it. My question is this: I don’t see the Primary or Secondary Navigation options in my theme settings, the only thing I see is Navigation. Is there a way to turn on or off the Primary and Secondary? Thanks.

The navigations have been put under Menus with the new WordPress 3.6 upgrade. Go to Appearance > Menu. Create a new menu and then scroll to the bottom and put a checkmark in the Primary or Secondary box.
