Trying to find out where to remove the date from pages?

    It is not a plugin.

Shouldn’t be displaying post info on pages so you may have some code which is doing that which you can add a conditional tag to or remove the code.

Another way is to simply hide it using CSS code:

What script are you using to add the contact form?

I don’t think it is the contact form plugin. The date shows up on other pages too:

Must be in your child themes functions file. Where did you get the theme?

Um, here. It is the News child theme.

I’ll look in the functions file, but what code would I be looking for? Anything with “date” maybe?

lol nm, nothing in there but a few things specific to this child theme.

    So nope, not there either.

    Its jigowatt-wp-ajax-contact-form

But it looks like the date has been added manually

If I disable the plugin, the date is still there. As I stated before, it is not a plugin. I have already disabled them all and then refreshed the page after clearing the cache.

Further, if the contact form plugin was the cause, then how is it that the other pages show the date also?

It has to be the News child theme.

It was code I had in Genesis Hooks that did not work as intended.

    Thanks for sharing.

Better to put all PHP code in your child themes functions file as plugin code can over ride functions code.
