Shouldn't be displaying post info on pages so you may have some code which is doing that which you can add a conditional tag to or remove the code.
Another way is to simply hide it using CSS code:
What script are you using to add the contact form?
Must be in your child themes functions file. Where did you get the theme?
Um, here. It is the News child theme.
I'll look in the functions file, but what code would I be looking for? Anything with "date" maybe?
lol nm, nothing in there but a few things specific to this child theme.
So nope, not there either.
But it looks like the date has been added manually
If I disable the plugin, the date is still there. As I stated before, it is not a plugin. I have already disabled them all and then refreshed the page after clearing the cache.
Further, if the contact form plugin was the cause, then how is it that the other pages show the date also?
It has to be the News child theme.
Thanks for sharing.
Better to put all PHP code in your child themes functions file as plugin code can over ride functions code.
