Hi! I’m working with Genesis Framework 2.0.0 and I want to remove the nav menu and the 3 footer widgets just in homepage, is it possible? Please give me the instructions.

    Thanks in advance.

You can simply select the landing page template from the Page Attributes.

What child theme are you using on top of Genesis?

If your child theme doesn’t include a landing page, you can create a new file using this code:

I would use the Genesis 2.0 Sample theme or create a child theme for all your customizations so you don’t have to worry about losing them when updating Genesis.

Easiest way would be to install the Sample child theme and remove all the code and replace it with your own custom PHP and CSS.

Great theme which you may also consider using and adding your custom code to as well.
