I had someone report the following issue with the responsive design in a website built from the Sixteen Nine Pro theme:
The site does not adjust properly to fit computer screens depending on the monitor size. I viewed the site on four computers and on two it did not display properly and on two it did (all machines had the latest web browsers installed).
The screenshot she sent me is at: http://eciswy.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/errorscreenshot.png
I am unable to replicate this issue with the theme no matter how I adjust my screen width, so I am not entirely sure what to do about it. Has anyone had this issue with Sixteen Nine Pro? Could you also visit the site http://eciswy.com to see if you experience this same problem?
I just posted this same question! A client is having this issue, but on my desktop and laptop it looks fine. Hopefully someone has some insight!
I looked at the site in Browser Stack and I could only replicate the issues when looking at it in IE8, which is not standards compliant. I believe that must be the browser the client was using, in which case there isn't much to be done besides tell them to use a more up-to-date browser. (And educate them on why IE sucks, LOL.)
Actually, I have been experiencing the exact same problem in Chrome as well as IE, so I suspect it is more than just an IE issue. In many of the Browsershots I am showing no content area at all. Anyone else having this problem?
I went back to the fixed position on my header and it seemed to resolve the problems in the browsers.
