I installed streamline pro on a test site to check the mobile responsive portion and the site header image shows up on the test site here: http://enedvacation.ritapcheng.com/

I copied and pasted the mobile responsive code from the test site to the live site and now the site header image doesn’t show up on the live site here: http://www.edvacation.com/

I don’t understand why one would work and not the other. If anyone has insight … may be I’m completely overlooking something.

I’m not sure that either is working. This is what I see in Chrome and IE11:

    “test”

    “live”

Have you got something else acting on these images?

Tom, are you on PC? My client just told me the site is showing up as mobile version on PC, so I’m wondering if that’s what you’re on? I don’t understand why it would do that. I didn’t touch any of the original mobile code from the theme.

PC? Yes. This is the presentation from Chrome, IE11 and Opera. From each of two PCs. Does it appear differently any other way?

Something is amiss, although I can’t guess what it might be. I’d suggest eliminating anything not “core”: SuperCache, plugins and javascript addins. Turn off minimizations (Interested to know what your are using). turn off Pinterest, Facebook and other sharing tools you’ve invoked.
