How can I translate the core files of the Metro Theme into French?
I’ve already translated the Genesis Framework files using the Genesis Translation Plugin

    Thanks

I sent a tweet out to Brian Gardner to see if this would still work now – http://www.studiopress.com/tips/translating-studiopress-theme.htm. I’ll post back if I get a response.

Brian responded but we need clarification from someone else. But in the meantime, someone else said they use this – “CodeStyling Localization” plugin.

PS: Here’s my tweet if you want to follow it.

Thanks for checking Anitac…the CodeStyling Localization plugin looks a little complicated.

Well, maybe you could reach out to Stéphane Bergeron ‏(@pixelyzed on Twitter) who is the person who recommended it. See if he can walk you through it.

Hi Herman, got a confirmation on Twitter that the initial blog link I sent above (http://www.studiopress.com/tips/translating-studiopress-theme.htm) still works. That might be an easier way for you to translate it. But you have two options now. Good luck. Please post back if either one of these work for you.

I tried the CodeStyling Localization plugin and also tried downloading poedit but had no luck translating months & comment boxes. The plugin was the easiest to use after watching a video. Seems like I missed something.
