Hi everyone,
I just installed the Wintersong theme and I love it! I really love the small circle header image, and I was wondering if I can replace the Blog Title Text with an image of my company logo instead.
Any idea how I could do this?
Any help would be great, thanks so much!

.site-title a { background: url('YOUR LOGO IMAGE') no-repeat; /* to place your logo as an image in the background */ display: block; height: 100px; /*set this to your logo height */ width: 100px; /*set this to your logo width */ text-indent: -9999px; /*this is to get rid of the text */ }

I have just one more question, how do I customize the footer credits? I would just like it to say "(C) 2015 Renee L" but the footer has this and I'm not sure what to change:
//* Customize the footer
add_filter( 'genesis_footer_output', 'wintersong_custom_footer' );
function wintersong_custom_footer( $output ) {$output = sprintf( '<p>%s%s</p>', __( 'Powered by ', 'wintersong' ), __( 'Genesis', 'wintersong' ) );
return $output;}

//* Customize the footer add_filter( 'genesis_footer_output', 'wintersong_custom_footer' ); function wintersong_custom_footer( $output ) { $output = "(C) 2015 Renee L"; return $output; }
About centering the logo image - you will have to add margin: 0 auto; to the .site-title a in the related media query

For the footer it did work, but how do I remove the "link" from it? I'd just like it to be a simple text.
May 9, 2015 at 12:16 am #151172upthinkParticipantThe exact code I had sent will remove the link and just keep the text
May 9, 2015 at 12:26 am #151173beautyfoolMemberHmm, for some reason it's linking to my "About" page still?
May 9, 2015 at 12:29 am #151174upthinkParticipantCan you paste the function you have in your functions.php file for me to see (am referring to this one wintersong_custom_footer)
May 9, 2015 at 12:38 am #151175beautyfoolMemberMay 9, 2015 at 12:40 am #151176upthinkParticipantNo I meant what do you have here right now:
//* Customize the footer add_filter( ‘genesis_footer_output’, ‘wintersong_custom_footer’ ); function wintersong_custom_footer( $output ) { $output = sprintf( ‘<p>%s%s</p>’, __( ‘Powered by ‘, ‘wintersong’ ), __( ‘Genesis’, ‘wintersong’ ) ); return $output; }
May 9, 2015 at 12:52 am #151179beautyfoolMemberThe code I used was exactly the code you gave me - I figured out that the link was because I had a link in one of my widgets that wasn't closed properly - sorry, my mistake. Thanks again for your help!
May 9, 2015 at 12:54 am #151181upthinkParticipantYou are welcome 🙂
