Read the instructions here for the field names - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-enews-extended/installation/. You need to add in the code used by your newsletter services (i.e., Awebber, MailChimp, etc.). What ever codes they use for these fields are the ones you should be using in the widget. Then they will show up.
Also, use Excerpt will generate the [...], using Content with Character Limit will generate the [Read More] link.

AnitaKeymaster@lucus81, can you share a link to your website so we can take a look.

AnitaKeymaster@colourmind you didn't need to create a new blog template, the themes come with a default Blog template.
Create a new page, call it "Blog" - scroll over to the right, select the Blog template, scroll down and select the new sidebar you
caredcreated and SAVE IT. That's all you need to do. Then view the Blog page and you should see what you want.

AnitaKeymasterI think you set up the taxonomies incorrectly. I have a demo site set up here for Agentpress. If you review the different drop downs, I believe you should do this:
Under "Status" you should have - For Sale, For Rent, All Properties, etc.
Under "Type" you should have - Commercial, Residential, Vacant Land, etc.
Under "Features" you should have what the amenities each property has, i.e., basement, pool, patio, etc.
Go back into your taxonomies and review those.

AnitaKeymasterJust place it at the very bottom.

AnitaKeymasterAdd this to your Style.css file. It should remove it.
.dsidx-standalone-disclaimer {
display: none;
}

AnitaKeymasterThere's two places you can look.
The first place - go to Genesis Settings > Scroll down to where there are two boxes - one marked Header, the other Footer. If there is anything in the Footer - REMOVE IT and save.
If the first option doesn't work, the second would be - do you have Genesis Simple Hooks installed? If so, go to Genesis Simple Hooks under the Genesis tab. Scroll thru there to see if there is content inside any of the boxes. If you find it - remove it and save.

AnitaKeymasterUsing Simple Sidebars.... if you go to Categories, and select a Category to edit - scroll down and you can allocate one of your simple sidebars to the category you created.

AnitaKeymasterNot sure how to do that. I just know that the CSS I gave you would move the content over to the "left". Sorry I can't be of more help now.

AnitaKeymasterIt's not CSS, those are actually images.
.content-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-cs.png); } .sidebar-content #inner { background: url(images/inner-sc.png); } .content-sidebar-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-css.png); } .sidebar-sidebar-content #inner { background: url(images/inner-ssc.png); } .sidebar-content-sidebar #inner { background: url(images/inner-scs.png); } .full-width-content #inner { background: #fff; }

AnitaKeymasterUsing Firebug, your inside structure could be nicely change doing this, which will also adjust the primary sidebar for you.
Change this from 190 to 150.
#sidebar-alt {
float: left;
width: 150px;
}Then change this from 355 to 400.
.sidebar {
display: inline;
float: right;
font-size: 13px;
line-height: 20px;
width: 400px;
}Then change 810 to 900.
#content-sidebar-wrap {
float: left;
width: 810px;
}

AnitaKeymasterYou can actually use Brian Gardner's Welcome Widget Instructions which will give you an additional widget area with the lines you are looking for - http://www.briangardner.com/welcome-text-widget/.

AnitaKeymasterAnitaKeymasterYou may want to clear your cache settings because when I use Firebug, I can change it to IMPACT and it works. It might be a caching issue on your end.

AnitaKeymasterLook for this in style.css. Is this where you are changing the font?
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { clear: both; color: #FFFFFF; font-family: Century Gothic,Verdana,Arial; font-size: 30px; padding: 0 0 5px; } h1, h2, h2 a, h2 a:visited, #sidebar h4 { font-size: 25px; letter-spacing: -1px; line-height: 28px; margin: 0; }

AnitaKeymasterOkay so what you are saying is that you could have one property that is commercial be available for rent, and another commercial property be available for sale. I would think the only way that all would show up is if you have a commercial property that is both for sale and for rent.
