Two things. 1) Does she have her browser resolution set at 100% or another percentage, and 2) Click the Compatiblity icon next to the address bar (little torn piece of paper) – to see if it fixes it.

Are you using the same theme on the new hosting or building a brand new website? Give an example of one of the things you are trying to duplicate on the new site from the old site.

Michele, do you have Dropbox? I use that to upload images I need to post on here. My friend saw this in a different way to on her site. After using Join.me to view her screen, I found that if she has her Windows Explorer bar that is normally at the bottom of the screen horizontally, dragged over the the right in a vertical position – it makes the browser window squished and moves everything over.

You have the border set at 0px – it should be at 1, 2… whatever you want, then it will show up. I have looked at the other code and cannot see why that Nav is in there. Did you turn the Navigation off under the Genesis settings?

Go to Genesis > Genesis Settings – scroll down to the bottom. You will see Header and Footer. Is that the Footer area you are using? If not – use the Header area and see if that works. Facebook’s API takes a little while to crawl your site. The plugin won’t pull the results immediately.

The image with the white space at the bottom is 920 x 200 and all the others are 920 x 300. When the slider resizes the image – that’s why – there is a 100px difference with that one image.

I see. I think in there IDX example they need to remove the Quick Search. That is confusing since that only applies to manually inserted homes. And the same goes with the sidebar information. I will send in a ticket to SP to let them know that so they can possibly make an adjustment to that page.
