    Thanks.

    But, I read a lot of negative comments about BIG problem people encountered whenever they update the plugin with a new update. The review is here : http://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-plugin-is-destroying#post-

    Please, what can you say on this and advice?

    And

    Is “Genesis Connect for WooCommerce” a Genesis plugin like other Genesis plugins? or it just bears that name?

    That’s great. Somebody told me about WooCommerce plugin. Which one will you personally recommend between Easy Digital Download and WooCommerce plugin ?

    Thanks, Anita. Is it the one you use where you display “Free Download” on your website? Or do you also have it else where?

    Thank you so much. It worked. So, I can use the Jetpack for CSS customization without touching the theme codes.

    Just a quick one if you can help. The time displayed “on the site” is different from what is in “Admin>General setting”.

    I choose custom and am using this : l, F jS, Y g:i a

    Right now it shows : “Friday, January 31st, 2014 2:02 pm” in the “Admin > General”

    but, on the “website”, it shows : “Friday, January 31st, 2014 12:53 pm”

    What can be responsible?

    Thanks for this help. Yes, am using Jetpack. Should I place

    .topnav-right {
    display: none !important;
    }

    anywhere after :

    /*
    Welcome to Custom CSS!

    CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is a kind of code that tells the browser how
    to render a web page. You may delete these comments and get started with
    your customizations.

    By default, your stylesheet will be loaded after the theme stylesheets,
    which means that your rules can take precedence and override the theme CSS
    rules. Just write here what you want to change, you don’t need to copy all
    your theme’s stylesheet content.
    */

    Thanks but, I would like to know from you if you have tried something like this before because, I don’t want to start getting errors on my site. I would only want to do it if there’s 100% guarantee that there will not be any problem, since it’s a live site that is running now.

    Is there no other way that Studiopress theme has for removing this? either in their tutorial or in the beginner’s tutorial?

    Hi Marcy,

    I have tried that before. The options under the “Primary Navigation Extras” are : None, Search form, Today’s date, RSS feed links, and Twitter link

    So, when I chose “None” did not remove “Posts” and “Comments” link

    I am using the “old Streamline theme” and you can see the site at : http://afroscandic.com/

    Thanks Erin,
    You didn’t see it because, when I chose the “sidebar-content-sidebar” option in the layout settings, it shrinks the content and some of the content and video of width:640 was pushed to the right sidebar.

    SO, I used it only where the content will not be pushed to the sidebar. E.g. http://afroscandic.com/afrowood-film-festival-2013/

    Question:
    1. Can you point exactly to where/what I need to look for in the style.css file to make the change?

    2. Is it possible to also have the secondary sidebar i.e. “sidebar-content-sidebar” on the homepage?

    Thanks, Chris Moore. It worked. And I hope that, it will not conflict with any other function on the website, other than to remove the “Leave a Comment” before post content. ?

    I pasted the code you gave but, there was no change. But, I actually have the code below in the Genesis Simple Hooks. Could you please tell me what I need to edit to be able to remove the “Leave a comment” on my site?

    <div class=”post-info”>
    <span class=”time”><?php the_time(‘F j, Y’); ?></span> <span class=”author”>by <?php the_author_posts_link(); ?></span> <span class=”post-comments”>#respond”><?php comments_number(‘Leave a Comment’, ‘1 Comment’, ‘% Comments’); ?></span> <?php edit_post_link(‘(Edit)’, ”, ”); ?>
    </div>

    Question:
    What should I edit in the code above to remove the “Leave a comment” on my site?

    am using Genesis Simple Edits plugin and I have the followings :

    Post Info : [post_date] By [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]

    Post Meta : [post_categories] [post_tags]

    And when I removed : [post_comments]

    The comment link is still showing on the site.

    What else do I need to do?

    Thanks. Do you mean I should type <h2>Sub heading</h2> beside the keyword?

    Thanks. Your answer is very helpful.

    Since you said “It doesn’t matter where someone places a link to your site”

    Does it has same potent if I design a website for some and I place at the footer of that website “design by name of my website with a hyperlink to my site” ?

    Thanks

    Thanks. I have changed the width to 100px but :

    1. In internet explorer, the search box is still shifted and it is displayed below the other menus. It seems not so in Firefox and Chrome. Does the change I made dependent on browser?

    2. Is there any good reason why the original width is set to default 180 px ?

    Thanks
