I’m using “type” for testing purposes only and had seen the potential conflict with the names. So you’re saying, for example, to try:
“.post-type-taxonomy-portfolio-type .entry” to replace an instance of “.post-type-archive-portfolio .entry”
This doesn’t appear to work. Curious that firebug shows the <div class=”portfolio-image”> in the portfolio archive template but there’s no reference to that in the stylesheet.
Yes I figured that would be the route to go, but was unsure of the class name to use for the taxonomy when duplicating the css (e.g. post-type-archive-portfolio-type).August 31, 2013 at 8:02 pm in reply to: Minumum Pro theme featured images in posts on home #59983
Look around for some mention of customizing the Genesis Grid Loop and I think you might find a solution. This one might do it for you: http://genesis.mywsiportal.com/genesis-grid-loop-htm/
Let me know how you get along.August 31, 2013 at 7:08 pm in reply to: Minumum Pro theme featured images in posts on home #59976
I believe that plugin is for posts that do not already have a featured image which may be OK depending upon your theme, etc.August 31, 2013 at 8:13 am in reply to: Minimum Pro – Replace Site Tagline with Page Title #59893

This looks good, but I think the original solution also removed the titles from the blog posts showing on the home page. Will test this and report back.August 30, 2013 at 7:25 pm in reply to: Minimum Pro – Replace Site Tagline with Page Title #59810
Great idea, though it would be good to have the site-description retained on the home page.
Have it working now. Might have been a cache issue. Thx
What is the Backstretch Element DIV used in the Easy Backstretch plugin settings?
Thanks for the feedback. We’re using the blog on the homepage for now as we prep some new features that will likely make use of the widgetized home template. We’ll have some more images as a result of that but our readership are not concerned with pics as much as they are with statistics and data so imagery is not a huge concern. We plan to add BuddyPress soon as well once 1.7 is hardened to add community features.
We’re using the TablePress plugin for the rankings pages.
Well if you can try changing to perhaps the 2012 theme to see how it affects your site you may find it is in fact a theme issue. Sometimes just flipping back and forth can fix the issue.
That looks like you’re missing your theme style sheet. Did you switch themes?
