Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorWhen you add a header image to a Genesis theme in the WordPress customizer, it is added as a background image to the site-title link. This allows you to click the link and return to home.
I have no idea how you added the image, but it is attached to the wrong element. You have it attached to the site-header class instead of the 'site-title a' element. You apparently did use the method your child theme provides, but probably some 3rd party plugin. The only way you'll get the image to work in the the location you have it is to wrap the entire site header in a link.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou copied the CSS for the content-box-purple, but you used content-box-blue in your post. They are two completely different things.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorWordPress adds a page-id class to every page it generates. Examine the source code, look at the body tag. The page-id-xxx class is in the string of classes. Then, add the class to the CSS in style.css like this: .page-id-99 .ion-checkmark {}

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe Refined Pro theme is not a Studio Press product. It is a community marketplace theme. Community Marketplace theme developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.
Chances are that they've changed the way Genesis works with their theme, which is why the Studio Press snippet doesn't work for you.
The fastest way for you to receive a correct answer to your question is to please contact the Restored 316 support team directly.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorAre you downloading from this site? If so, it's likely a false positive. I just downloaded it on my Windows machine with no error from Defender. I also downloaded it on my Mac with no error.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?March 18, 2018 at 5:40 am in reply to: Seeking advice for best Genesis theme for large-ish B2B website. #218039Victor FontModeratorVisual Composer inserts shortcodes into your content just like Divi. Right now, it is not compatible with WordPress 5.0 and Gutenberg. If you're doing this for a client, your client will hate you if you ever move away from each other, because Visual Composer will leave a mess behind that is not easy to clean up. If you're doing this for yourself, then go for it.
As it is when Gutenberg is released to production in the very near future, no pre-Gutenberg content will be compatible with its visual editor. Everything has to be converted to content blocks to make it compatible. There's a lot of work coming and Visual Composer is just an additional layer of complexity that you're not going to enjoy.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorI can't help you any further. The content area and sidebar are sized correctly. I can't see the ad anyway. I have tracking turned off in my browsers. Google scripts don't load when tracking is turned off. Ads and analytics don't function because the browsers block the jQuery from loading. I can see the placeholder, which is positioned correctly.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorWhat you are seeing is white space that is automatically created by browsers when elements use inline-block. The menu li items use inline-block. You really can't get rid of this white space with rewriting the WordPress menu function to remove the white space.
You can change the spacing in CSS though. If you add a negative right margin to .genesis-nav-menu .menu-item, you can bring the li items closer together and override the white space. This is also going to bring all the menu items closer together and not look so good. So to compensate, you also have to increase the left-right padding for the link items.
The code to change is:
.genesis-nav-menu .menu-item { display: inline-block; text-align: left; border: none; margin-right: -4px; } .genesis-nav-menu a { color: #fff; text-decoration: none; font-weight: 300; display: block; padding: 20px 14px; border: 1px solid #f0f0ef; background-color: #181b4e; margin: 0; }

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorIt's sized perfectly. You are not seeing it because your browser is caching the style sheet. You have to clear the cache.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe sample page you are pointing to is not using widgets. They are just content columns. You can do the same exact same thing: https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/usage/genesis-features/use-content-column-classes/

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe sidebar width is around line 675 in style.css. You're looking in the media queries, which are too far down in the file. You've only got 1280 pixels in the display area. The content is set to 800 and the sidebar is set to 360. 880+360 = 1240. This only leaves you 40px to play with, which is the space between the content and sidebar. If you want to keep the space the same, then whatever amount you widen the sidebar by, you have to reduce the content area by an equal amount. The content width is at line 660.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe issue extends from the fact that there is no hover event on mobile devices. Sub-menus open on the desktop when you hover over the parent. On mobile devices, you can expand the width of the button, include text, or open the sub-menu automatically. Your options are limited.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorHow did you install the custom font? I know you said in a theme folder, but how are you loading them? Local fonts, which the custom font is because you have it in the theme folder, are loaded in style.css using the @font directive. Is that what you're doing?
Is the custom font designed for the web, meaning do you have versions for the various browsers, i.e. eot, woff woff2, ttf, svg?
Arial is a system font. System fonts are installed on eveyone's computers. Your not seeing a delay because you're not loading anything from the web.
