Dear All
I am a novice to the WP and not aware of how to get certain plugins.I cannot use Codes or HTML. I am super in copy and paste i.e. of instructions say that copy certain codes and paste
here or there I am able to do it.I am writing a manual and have done around 400 pages (not as posts).
it has several sections and sub-sections.1) Assuming Sections as A,B,C,D,E etc. using the Admin Post Navigation, if I am e.g. in B,
Previous does not refer to A or Next to C. Same with other sections. I am not sure
whether that is the best plugin for pages and if it is how to correct the plugin to follow the
Order number for the pages.Once I sort this out I can proceed with proof checking before publishing by early November 2014.
2) I would like to know the Font and sizes to use for Headings and Text. Presently I use
Calibri for the headings (14 for main and 12 for sub-section) and Cambria for Theme body with font 12 or 11).
Not sure whether these are correct for Genesis Sample Child Theme. Please help.
Thanks and regards

Once you install the Genesis sample child theme after Genesis, you can use this code.

I use Genesis Sample not Twenty Fourteen for the manual.
Your immediate response touches me.
Too many codes and too many areas to copy and paste.
I am 74 and not bright except in writing this manual for medical centres in UK.
I need advice like 'install' 'activate' position the widget in header, primary side bar etc.
Rest are beyond my competence.
Do you have simpler solution.
I use Pages and not post.
I use Admin Post Navigation because I could not find Admin Page Navigation plug in.The reply I had from Studiopress as given below:
"Thank you for contacting us with your question!
The navigation that is included in Genesis (Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives) is used on any blog listings page, including archive, author, blog, category, search, and tag pages. It is not used for regular Pages in WordPress.
You may be able to find a plugin that fits your needs: http://wordpress.org/plugins/
You can also ask on the Community Forums, to see if another user has done something similar and can share the code: http://studiopress.community
The theme comes pre-designed with fonts and font sizes. If you would like to change any of them, you can edit the style.css file.
For general questions such as this, our community forums are a great place to ask. You can open a thread at http://www.studiopress.community. There is a wonderful group of community volunteers there who are willing to help you with your questions. Note: You will need to create a new account on the community forum, as your login credentials for my.studiopress.com will not work there. Click Register, complete the form, and a password will be emailed to you.
Please let me know if you have further questions and I will be happy to assist you."
Key reply which is most unsettling is "It is not used for regular Pages in WordPress."
No wiser still.
Thanks and regards,
Mani
