jkrytus, I've sent you an email. You contacted me yesterday evening, just a few hours before you posted your question here. I don't check email on weekends. But Andrea Whitmer was kind enough to send me a tweet and let me know about this issue.
I'm happy, of course, to fix the link. Just send me a reply to my email and get me a log in and I'll have it fixed in a jiffy. 🙂
I'll run thru these steps on a test site I have and see what happens. I'm a steps person -- I like to have a clear approach to doing things like this and a good reference.
One would still need to go thru the function.php file though to correct hooks no doubt.
1. Convert CSS: http://cobaltapps.com/genesis-xhtml-to-html5-css-converter/
2. Enable HTML5 markup: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/html5/
2. Review functions.php and convert any old hooks in custom code to new hooks:
Your wonderful post, here for the reference of others, complete with new hooks info. Should have found this sooner! :
You just need to use the URL of your Facebook group in the page URL section to create the box I believe.
See these instructions here:
Hope that helps.
You'll need to log in to your hosting account (possibly cPanel) and access the file there. When there's an error in the php, you won't be able to do anything in the WordPress dashboard.
You can copy that file and then delete it from your site so that you can access your dashboard again. Then you can look at the code and correct as necessary.
I've used several different ones but you might try this colorbox plugin.
Looking good. 🙂
