if you simply want to use z-index, you can go for position: relative.
psahalotMemberGravity Forms might be helpful because it has an addon for creating Polls. http://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/polls/
psahalotMemberYou can write additional CSS to left align your logo and search box so that both of them appear in the same row.
Your text widget for logo has an id of #text-8
so your CSS will be:
#text-8 {float: left; }
.header-widget-area .widget_search {margin-top: 15px; }
psahalotMemberHave you changed it to "Full Width" layout?
Your HTML ID for container still says "content-sidebar-wrap" but there's no sidebar and the content is overflowing.Looking at your CSS
.agentpress-landing #content-sidebar-wrap {width: 900px;}
and
.agentpress-landing #content {width: 900px;}
the value for width should be changed to 100% instead of 900pxpsahalotMemberIf you have created a new page as "blog" from WP admin then please check that you have selected "Blog" Template from Page Templates option in WP Post editor. It appears in right column below Publish button.
psahalotMemberYou can try adding this to your CSS:
`.bypostauthor {background:#color-code;}`
psahalotMemberHere is the CSS that you need to use :
`header-right-extra {
width: 515px;
float: right;
margin-top: 10px;
}.header_left {
width: 515px;
float: left;
margin-top: 10px;
}

psahalotMemberWhen adding a menu item in WordPress menu, use "Custom Links" option.
Enter "#" for URL field
and use the label field to enter text for the menu/page title.
Now, click "add to menu"
Finally, add the sub-pages below this menu item 🙂
To create a drop-down check this

You can try adding
`.flexslider .slides img {width:100%;} `
to your CSS.
This will force the width to be 100% even when the actual image width is 1600pxIf width:100% doesn't work. Try adding !important
psahalotMemberYou can change the hover color by going to WordPress admin >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Header Widget >> Simple Social Icons.
check the field for "Hover color" and enter this color code : #f96e5bpsahalotMemberHi Mike!
You can try adding the following to your CSS:
`.current-menu-parent a {font-weight:bold;} `April 27, 2013 at 1:04 pm in reply to: Eductaion Theme: How to make header (widget) text responsive? #38098psahalotMemberThat should work. Can you please share a link to your website?
Or you might like to try using any of these :`#header .textwidget {font-size:22px;}`
`#text-4 .textwidget {font-size:22px;} `
`#text-4 p {font-size:22px;}`
If nothing works, try adding "!important"
`#text-4 {font-size:22px !important;} `psahalotMemberYou will need to do this in order to link the logo to home page:
On line 179, in your style.css
replace `display:none;` for `#title` with `text-indent:-9999px;`
and on line 186, add the following for `#title a, #title a:hover``display:block;
width:width-of-logo-in-px;
height:height-of-logo-in-px;`psahalotMemberLooks like you have figured out a solution.
I see, your images are center aligned.psahalotMember -
