Thanks so much!
ScoutHarperMemberThank you. Should I do that through ftp? The last and only time I tried to change that file, I got the dreaded white screen.
ScoutHarperMemberIt showed up on one of my sites, but the other site still has no mention of it. What do I do?
August 17, 2015 at 12:06 pm in reply to: Genesis 2.1.3 – Download failed. couldn't connect to host #162650ScoutHarperMemberMessage from Brian Gardner and Nathan Rice on Studio Press' Twitter Feed that they are correcting the problem and it should be resolved soon. They said to wait a while and try again.
Just did it. Updated.

August 17, 2015 at 10:41 am in reply to: Genesis 2.1.3 – Download failed. couldn't connect to host #162638ScoutHarperMemberI'm unable to update and I'm on BlueHost. I don't even get the message you're showing. But it's clearly timing out. When I try to get back on my blog I get a Maintenance message.
Ideas?
ScoutHarperMemberThank you so much! It worked. I was looking in the wrong place.
Best wishes.

ScoutHarperMemberThanks, Brad.
ScoutHarperMemberThis is now resolved. I wrote to StudioPress directly and got my answer.
ScoutHarperMemberAnyone?
I use Genesis Simple Edits but it doesn't seem to be working here.
Could this code in the Functions.php file have anything to do with it?
//* Remove entry meta in entry footer
add_action( 'genesis_before_entry', 'beautiful_remove_entry_meta' );
function beautiful_remove_entry_meta() {//* Remove if not single post
if ( ! is_single() ) {
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_entry_footer_markup_open', 5 );
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_post_meta' );
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_footer', 'genesis_entry_footer_markup_close', 15 );
}I'd love to get this resolved and appreciate your time.
ScoutHarperMemberI do use Firebug. Still don't know the answer.
ScoutHarperMemberLet me add that I am able to get the comments at the top of the post via Simple Edits. But, for some reason, I can't get them to appear at the bottom of the post, which I much prefer.
ScoutHarperMemberJust wanted to let you know that I figured it out. Thanks!
July 1, 2014 at 8:34 am in reply to: Update to Genesis 2.1.0 broke style for secondary nav bar #112433ScoutHarperMemberOkay. Will do.
Thanks. Gary.July 1, 2014 at 8:14 am in reply to: Update to Genesis 2.1.0 broke style for secondary nav bar #112426ScoutHarperMemberSame here. I use Pretty Young Thing and the styling for my secondary navigation bar is gone. For a relatively untechy type like me, where are the files I need to change?
Thanks so much,
ScoutHarperScoutHarperMemberSorry. I do appreciate all the work that goes into this forum and all the good advice the volunteers supply to us. I know it takes a lot of time. Thank you.
And thank you for your response and the link. I appreciate it.
ScoutHarperMemberCan someone please respond to my response? Thank you.
ScoutHarperMemberI saw that a lot of people complained about it. I guess StudioPress didn't care.
Sad. And I don't see why on earth it couldn't have been maintained.
I would have appreciated knowing that I would no longer have access to my questions and answers. Shouldn't we have received an email or something?
ScoutHarperMemberCan you use a combination of the two? One full length post and the rest truncated, for example?
