I've used WPML to handle a WooCommerce site (English and Russian) for a couple of years. I used qTranslate on an English-Greek site for 4 years, but eventually split it into two different domains with language flags for the links to switch domains/languages. I support the same two domain system for an English-Japanese site. Multisite WordPress might come in handy if you choose this approach. Yes, maintaining two sites is a bit more work.
For me WPML is the more comprehensive system, requiring an expected longer learning curve and financial investment. Moreover, if you stop using it, all the posts/pages in your starter language will be clean--similar to what happens when you stop using Beaver Builder and what doesn't happen when you stop using a lot of other pagebuilders.
tibcMemberYes, the player is working in Chrome, and Safari.
But it's still broken in FireFox and FireFox Aurora.
tibcMemberDave,
The client isn't pushing. But my uneducated sense of acceptability says that the linen background showing through the individual product page looks a bit unfinished.
I like Decor's page styling for displaying jewelry. I'll keep digging and hoping for a solution to the conflict with Woo's single product pages.
tibcMemberDave,
Thanks for your sympathy.
Hopefully somebody can either show me how to style the Woo page to match the Decor page, or how to get Decor to handle the Woo data.
I hate being so close yet without a solution to my single-product page problem.
