If you look at your source code, you have the sidebar positioned after the pagination. The pagination is full width. The side bar needs to be above the pagination for it to work properly.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou are not displaying the animated image. When you load an image to the media library, any additional image sizes defined by your theme will be generated. You are displaying one of those generated images. You are not displaying the animated gif. The animations don't carry over when you create the thumbnails. In your case, the original file is named 20153.gif. The image you are displaying is 20153-750x387.gif.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou can, but not with a single shape. You would have to layer shapes to achieve this effect in CSS. Browse for CSS shape generators and play around with triangles with rounded corners. This site may give you what you want: https://coveloping.com/tools/css-shapes-generator

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorThe example site is creating the arrow and positioning it under the menu item. The arrow is hidden until you hover over the menu item, then they turn the display on. If you hover over the eample menu and right click your mouse, you should be able to inspect the element in your browser. Once you have the inspect element window open, you can view the css that makes the menu work.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorDo you have a plugin or some other mechanism redirecting to a mobile domain? With a pro theme, the main domain and mobile domain are one in the same. There's no reason to have mobile.domain.com

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorEven though it's easy to embed YouTube videos in WordPress, WordPress will automatically resize videos based on where it is being displayed. You could try to use a plugin like Viper's Video Quicktags. It may allow you to force the size you want.

Have you requested your free website audit yet?Victor FontModeratorYou've got two places to look. Both are .site-header .wrap blocks. The first is at line 1133, the second at line 1141. The first block has a min-height set. Play around with the min-height until you get it where you like it. The second block places a 40px padding around the entire header. Reduce the padding size or remove it altogether as you find it pleasing to your eye.
