If you are a Member (StudioPress or Revolution), you will find a Post, named "Discount Codes", stickied near the top of the thread lists in all of our Themes' Support Forums.

We have an incredible Support Forum for our Members to get help, so we ask that you please post your Questions in the appropriate Support Forum.

You have not completed the Upgrade steps so that your Forum account can access these sections.

Follow the instructions provided on the Theme Download page.

The link to the Theme Download page was sent via email after your purchase was completed.

If you did not receive the email, look in your junk or spam email folder. It often winds up there by mistake.

Also, take the time to whitelist @studiopress.com, so that any future emails do not get marked as spam.

Once you follow the instructions provided, in particular STEP #3, you will have access to your Theme's Support Forum and its Tutorials.

Please reset your Password via the Password Recovery form.

As stated on our Terms page:

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
