  2. What is your refund policy?
    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know in the Support Forum. If it’s an issue that’s not appropriate for the support forum, please contact us directly.
    If you decide your purchase was not the right decision and it is still within 30 days of the purchase, we will refund the full price you paid, upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form (Accounting option) and let us know you’d like a refund.
    No refunds are provided for purchases beyond 30 days from the initial purchase date.
  3. Can I get a discount if I already purchased a theme package from StudioPress?
    Yes, you will find “Discount Codes” in the second navigation menu on the Support Forum.
