General use
With the purchase of any of our theme packages, you are able to utilize the themes for personal use as well as client work without any limit to the number of times the themes can be used. We realize that developers are busy, and need ways to turn work over quickly. One of the primary reasons we created these themes was to offer a solution for developers to use for client work. In addition, our theme packages include support for only those themes which were purchased from this website. StudioPress has the right to change the terms of this website and the licensing of any StudioPress themes/properties at any point.
Refund policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. It is our policy to support our themes as best we can, and we will provide support to modified themes or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.
Theme support
The theme packages that are purchased on this site include support. All support inquiries and questions shall be addressed in the support forum. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package from this website.
Theme license
The CSS, XHTML PHP, design and any other elements of the StudioPress themes are released under the GPL license and are in total compliance to standards set forth by the authors of that license as well as with WordPress. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package.
