In addition to building a new public website, we also designed and developed a customer portal, allowing workforce staff to securely receive documents from and communicate with workforce customers. Services provided included: user journeys and UX mapping, copywriting, search engine optimization, website accessibility training, and live accessibility testing with visually impaired testers. Both the website and customer portal are ADA and Section 508 compliant, meeting and exceeding legal requirements for website accessibility.

"They delivered a secure solution within an important timeframe. I was very impressed by the extent of their organization and the talent they have available to help solve problems. On top of that, their customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. They’re a great company to work with." - Trent Morris, Director, Workforce Solutions Panhandle
